This is a breathtaking vintage Navajo museum quality Chee family silver buckle having a gargantuan mediterranean center coral with two accenting Old Kingman turquoise stones. The silver works on this piece is absolutely phenomenal and extremely detailed which include impeccable hand carved silver leaves and raindrops. Bordering the buckle are interesting silver waves. This piece consists of very thick and heavy sturdy sterling silver. This amazing buckle measures around 2-7/8\" X 2-3/8\" and can fit a belt width of about 1-1/2\" or less. The center coral stone measures a whopping 1\" X 5/8\". Sterling silver, marked. Signed by Navajo artist, Leo Chee. Cir. 1960\'s+. Sturdy 55 grams. Thank you and Good Luck!
