This is the original final art drawn in india ink on heavyweight paper for daily comic strip #1980 titled \"Tommy Is Suspicious!\" that was published in newspapers in 1934. Tommy Tompkins and a mechanic meet a suspicious character who needs to have his airplane repaired at Three-Point Airfield. Hal Forrest created the popular aviation-adventure comic strip in 1928 and continued it through its 14-year run until 1942. This original is signed \"Hal Forrest\" by the artist in the last panel. Bell Syndicate label is on the back.
