Some balloons marked 18\"on the listing may actually be 17\", this is because some manufacturers have recently changed the designs slightly to reduce the amount of helium used and we haven\'t noticed the packaging has been changed to reflect this. This is a very small (if any) difference once inflated. Some balloons may also differ from the size stated because different manufacturers measure in different ways - and if the balloon is inflated or not. We always quote sizes given by our supplier, if this is a problem we are happy to send additional photographs. The pictures may not be to exact scale.

Returns
Return/refund policy. We accept returns ONLY if the balloons are returned unused and in their original condition (and packaging if applicable) providing the balloon hasn\'t been personalised, modified or inflated. Postage (both ways) is not refundable and at buyer\'s expense. We do not give refunds for accidental damage or misuse, we do check with the professional who inflated the balloon before issuing refunds. Please keep the balloon and packaging if there is a problem, and message us with photos and details. We also obtain proof of posting and make a claim with Royal Mail for lost post and if anyone is found to commit fraud by claiming not to receive items when they have, I will not hesitate to report you even for small purchases.
