Optional Personalisation And/Or Ribbon & WeightRibbon and weights not included. Add ribbon and plastic weight for an additional fee, note the listing shows if it\'s per balloon or for all AND DOES NOT INCLUDE THE BALLOON, this is purchased separately (hence \"additional\".) Photo is for display purposes only, we tend to colour match to theme. Ribbon is cut from a roll long enough for one balloon. Weight is suitable for the size of the balloon.
Also add personalisation for an additional fee (again balloon is purchased separately), please add name to comments when purchasing or message us if you miss it. Colour and style may vary as we match to suit the theme, contact me with your ideas. Price is for 1 name up to 9 letters on one side, per balloon using vinyl stickers. Personalisation on latex is not possible. Orbz, Cubez and Diamondz can only be personalised after inflation so will be sent as a DIY kit for you to personalise yourself.

Some balloons marked 18\"on the listing may actually be 17\", this is because some manufacturers have recently changed the designs slightly to reduce the amount of helium used and we haven\'t noticed the packaging has been changed to reflect this. This is a very small (if any) difference once inflated. Some balloons may also differ from the size stated because different manufacturers measure in different ways - and if the balloon is inflated or not. We always quote sizes given by our supplier, if this is a problem we are happy to send additional photographs. The pictures may not be to exact scale.

How to buy multiple purchases and optional additions - add all to the \"basket\" rather than \"buy it now\" and the postage discounts are worked out automatically, including balloons in other listings.All items are posted in 2 working days although we aim to post every morning this is not guaranteed. Personalisation may add a day or 2 to postage times. If you need your item faster please message us BEFORE buying. Each item has the option to collect, post 1st class (1-2 working days after posted) and 2nd class (3-5 working days after posted). estimated delivery times are a little off sometimes so please use your common sense when ordering. Collections welcome from Abbots Langley, 5 mins from j5/6 of M1 or j19/20 of M25.
Returns
Return/refund policy. We accept returns ONLY if the balloons are returned unused and in their original condition (and packaging if applicable) providing the balloon hasn\'t been personalised, modified or inflated. Postage (both ways) is not refundable and at buyer\'s expense. We do not give refunds for accidental damage or misuse, we do check with the professional who inflated the balloon before issuing refunds. Please keep the balloon and packaging if there is a problem, and message us with photos and details. We also obtain proof of posting and make a claim with Royal Mail for lost post and if anyone is found to commit fraud by claiming not to receive items when they have, I will not hesitate to report you even for small purchases.
