You are offerding on a super hard to findvintage Halloween Display or Costume Prop. Have the power of Thunder and Lightening at the touch of your hand! This skull head staff has a button on the staff and lights up and makes thunder sounds when you depress the small button. This staff is new and originally came with tester batteries that left some white powder battery stuff, but I have removed them and everything works great.
