This sale is for a lovely hand stitched 1930s/40s vintage quilt top in the Dresden Plate pattern. It measures 81\" wide by 95\" long and is nicely finished. The materials are feed sack style muslins. The large plates are open in the center, which would make for a fabulous friendship/memory quilt. This top is amazingly clean. I found one tiny hole and one plate has a stain in it. Looks like maybe a light chocolate color? (see photo) I didn\'t try to clean it. On examining the underside, there are a few areas where the hem has unraveled (see photo). This is just a vintage beauty that should be in someone\'s collection as a quilt or maybe pillows.
