Vintage Oil Can that has been painted black and red, then a beautiful ROOSTER has been painted upon it and signed with the initials JH below right leg of Rooster. Oil can measures 7 1/3 inches tall, spout is 4 1/2 inches long, base is 4 1/4 inches. Oval Rooster Painting is 3 3/4 inches tall by 3 1/4 inches wide. This makes a nice decorative piece for the rooster or vintage oil can collector! Words on back side of oil can read \" 1/4 GAL(can\'t read rest), U.S. STANDARD, N.Y.C. APPRD.D.2, APPROVED MINN-7-A. Piece is vintage and some paint chips missing in various places all over and dent at end of spout, not in new condition, VINTAGE.
