Hand carved, Original carving by Me, Susan M. Smith, out of cottonwood bark and painted in acrylic paints. The bottom is signed, dated and has Juneau, Alaska wood burned into it and a gold heart is on the back the coat. I put gold hearts on all my Santa\'s to represent my maiden name, Goldhart. The carving is all one piece except for the antlers, which are carved out of basswood and the base is a piece of cottonwood bark.
This piece is 11 3/4 inches tall, about three inches wide and about 3 inches wide at the antlers. A cute whimsical piece to add to anyones serious Santa collection!
