Welcome to this little mini quilt piece of a Rooster/Chicken The background is made of different squares of various colors of batik fabrics. The Chicken and leaves were hand drawn by me and then machine appliqued them on with a tiny zig zag stitch on the raw edges. The Lollipop flowers are batik strips sew together and appliqued with a zig zag stitch. The border is made of different batiks sewn in a random pattern.
Made and finished (which means it is completed with batting and backing) by me the seller.It is backed with a quality muslin and sometimes some batik fabric leftovers and I\'ve used cotton batting. I then machine quilted the entire quilt piece.I\'ve added stitching for texture. The binding is hand hemmed by my hands not machine.
All fabrics have been prewashed. Shipping is $5.50 priority $2.50 for each added quilt after the first.
