Like pens?Know someone who likes pens?Want a writing instrument that stands out from the Bics and clicks?If so, then I recommend you take a look at one of these handcrafted wooden pens. An occasional hobby of mine is to create some things on the lathe. I found a passion for crafting objects people would use rather than just display. A pen not only is something someone can use, but, like a tie or a hat, adds a true distinction to the user. Perhaps the pen is mightier than the sword after all.
I no longer recall the wood it\'s made with, but many of the woods used are exotic or exemplary in some way (Whether exotic by nature of location, or being a spalted wood that accentuates the grain lines, etc.). Either way, if you like the look of the pen, and the hardware that\'s been mated with it, then please consider offerding on this so it can have a proper home. It\'s been sitting in my pen box since creation, and am now just getting around to the majority of my ing.
This pen happens to have gold accents. I also don\'t recall the composition of the metal, but I believe it to be 24k gold-plated. Again, please don\'t hold me to this description, it\'s only what I recall when making the kit quite some time ago. Either way, the finish does not wear off/down, and is as brilliant as when created.
