Please note: Before you offer, read the article description carefully - thank you for your attention!Amazing late 18th century violin. I am happy to sell this incredible violin! The violin bears a very old Stradivari label, I think this label is over 200 years old. The violin is made of the finest tonewoods, the top is made of bear claw spruce and the back is made of lightly flamed maple. The scroll is grafted so good that the graft is really hard to find - a great job! This instrument is originally from the 18th century and original in all it´s parts. The arching is very flat and the violin sounds wonderful although with this old set-up! The condition is also good, there are no soundpost or bassbar cracks. The top has some smaller repairs and the lower ribs has an open crack, but I think this is regarding the high age no problem. The varnish has a very nice yellow honey brown color!
