      -UPS Standard Ground (3-5 days delivered excluding handling time)
      -UPS 2-Day (2 days if order received before 12:00PM PST)
      -UPS Next Day (next days if order received before 12:00PM PST)
      -FedEx Standard Ground (3-5 days delivered excluding handling time)
      -FedEx 2-Day (2 days if order received before 12:00PM PST)
      -FedEx Next Day (next days if order received before 12:00PM PST)

      NOTE: UPS/FedEx 2-Day and Next Day orders must be received by 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday to accommodate expedited shipping.

      • Returns If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt.

      Item must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the Return Packing Slip. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned minus 15% restocking fee in some instances.

      We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options).

      Shipping Costs are nonrefundable unless the error lies with thefactorydepot; all other instance; Buyer pays for return shipping. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.

      Please allow a minimum of 6 business days for us to receive, process your return and issue a refund. You’ll be notified via once we’ve processed the returned product(s).

      We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We’re sorry, but we don’t credit shipping costs for returned orders; unless error lies with thefactorydepot. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
