Large hardcover book with leather spine wrap and corner tips. This volume collects the weekly issues for the first half of 1887. First issue is January 1st 1887 and the last issue is June 25th 1887 and all issues between those dates are present. These are used issues that were read and handled prior to binding and they do show some wear and tear. Other defects noted include first page (front cover first issue) has horizontal tear across entire page, corner creasing, edge tear, page corner missing, previous owners name in pencil on front of most issues. Defects are random and not general of all issues.
The green cloth covered boards have a little wear. The leather spine and corner tips are in good condition with wear.
Book measures 11-3/4 \" by 16-1/2\". Contains pages 1 - 464.
