*****NOTE: I apologize for ending and relisting the figure, but the listing needed some additional photos better showing the copyright info as well as the molded gold knee pins and feet discs and such. You should be able to see the difference in the molded gold plastic under the gold paint. All of the white areas are molded white plastic with no white paint applied to the figure. If anyone has any additional questions, please don\'t hesitate to ask.*****I\'ll say Authentic (I think) in the title because I can\'t know with 100% certainty that it is a true Hasbro produced but never released item. But here is what I do know; I purchased it from an seller located in China a few years ago. At first they were selling the heads to some of the unproduced Marvel Legends, and then the bodies came along. If I remember correctly I won this one for $51. It has the correct body mold and articulation scheme to be an authentic, never released test shot, and it probably is. I did begin painting it, but it needs a little TLC. The head was not included with the figure at the time, but I think that Hasbro used the same head with the Phoenix from the Juggernaut wave. So, it is included. As is. Stored in a smoke free, pet free home.
