Everything is AS IS.. There are no returns.If something is damaged in transit, I must be informed within 3 days (standard contract law). If insured, you are required to take the box, item/s & wrapping to your local Post Office so they can inspect the damage. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Our local P.O.is closed on Saturday & requires all mail to be processed by 2pm to go out that day, Its not always possible to mail in one day. Being 82 years of age, having a disabled Veteran husband, plus running a retail store means time often runs out.We work hard to try to make buyers happy with their win.
