WOW! This is a one of a kind \"prototype\" replica of the griffin in the Haunted Mansion (you see it in Disneyland right after you board the doom buggy). This was basically a scaled down version used to check for accuracy, design flaws, etc... before a larger 43\" tall version was made (like the one you see at the park).
It is EXTREMELY detailed and VERY accurate to the one at the park (much more accurate sculpt than the bookend version). Its 14\" from claw to tail and 12\" tall (almost twice as big as the bookend piece) and roughly 6\" wide.
