Hand painted plate marked Fabrique Par Haviland & Co. d\'pres les dessins DE Theo R. David design patented August 10th 1880 No 11932. Plate measures 9 inches in diameter and is set in a 12 x 12 inch frame, keeping the entire plate intact. Excellent condition. This plate was the \"game course\" china plate to the white house which was patented to the public. This is a rare passenger pigeon.

This was a patented copy of the set from Rutherford B. Hayes. The presidential seal is hidden by the frame.
