This great looking, 14\" x54\" vintage, 100% cotton, vintage pom-pom trimmed valance, with a 1-1/2\" rod pocket, was made from: 100% cotton, upholstery weight, barkcloth fabric which has been shipped to me from Hawaii. The valance was sewn by an upholsterer(me)on a commercial machine with strong nylon thread. The pattern is called \"Palm Tree\", and features palm trees, on a black background.
