  • This sweet tea cup and saucer set is from the Henry FordMuseum and Greenfield Village Dearborn, Michigan.
  • The Currier & Ives set is in very good condition with nochips, cracks, repairs, or crazing. There are a couple of tiny flea bites alongthe bottom edge of the cup.
  • The saucer has a color scene of a log cabin with familymembers outside on a snowy day with a horse, chickens and smoke coming from thechimney!
  • The cup shows a colorized snowy scene with two horsespulling a sled with passengers and a boy and his dog bringing in wood to thehouse.
  • Both pieces marked Currier & Ives on the drawing.
  • Colors are strong and clear. Nice gilded edging on bothpieces. Gilded lettering from the Museum and Village on the back of the cup.
  • The saucer measures 5 inches in diameter.
  • The cup measures 2-1/4 inches in height x 3 inches in topdiameter.
