VERY UNIQUE STATUE / COUNTER TOP DISPLAY OF A WHALE
EARLY BREWERIANA PIECE MADE BY MILLER STUDIOUp for sale is a very nice vintage advertising piece for Hensler Beer. This unique item appears to be a counter top display / promotional piece for the Joseph Hensler Brewing Co. I\'m not 100% sure on the material, but it feels like a thinner hollow version of chalkware. It depicts a large black whale out in the ocean, with a smile on its face. Hensler Beer comes out of Newark New Jersey, which is stamped on each end of the display. On the bottom edge, it is faintly marked \"Miller Studio, New Philadelphia Ohio\" which is a company who is known for chalkware/advertising pieces. Really a unique piece of advertising history, never seen one like this. It measures about 11\" long and 5\" tall. Item is in good vintage condition as shown. It is very solid with no major issues at all. Just a little wear/dirtiness from storage over the years. Great colors and shape.
