8 3/\" diameter plate commemorating the Diamond Jubilee of HM Queen Victoria. The embossed rim is decorated with gilding, which is in excellent condition for the age of the plate. The centre of the plate is decorated in rose pink with a portrait of Her Majesty fframed with a laurel wreath and flanked by Flags. Crown at the top with \"V\" on one side of it and \"R\" on the other. \"Victoria\" at the top and \"1837 Diamond Jubilee 1897\" at the bottom. No makers mark. This plate is in wonderful condition for its age.
