Shipping

We ship quickly - Items are shipped next business day following your purchase excluding holidays & weekends.
We ship USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on the buyers location.
Please contact us immediately after making payment if you would like to add insurance to your shipment. We ship FAST and are unable to add insurance once the shipping label has been created.
Please allow at least ONE full business day for the shipment tracking information to appear on the order.
We are not responsible for returned items due to the wrong address or the inability to forward.
Shipping cost (whether free or calculated) are calculated based on shipments to the Continental USA states only. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, please contact me about shipping rates.
If this item is available on the Global Shipping Program, the buyer is reponsible for any shipping costs that I charge to ship the item to the USA processing center in Erlanger, KY PLUS you are responsible for the International Shipping charges and Import Fees that are determined by . We have NO CONTROL over these fees.

Return Policy

If you believe an item that you purchased is not as described (which never happens), PLEASE send us an message describing the problem and give us the opportunity to correct any issues BEFORE you start the return process. Contacting us first is much simpler and faster.
We open all packaging and check contents prior to listing. We DO NOT test the items for functionality unless it is specified in the item description. For this reason, we do allow returns on most all of our items within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Some items are sold AS IS, No Returns. If so, this will be listed in the item description.
For items where you change your mind or it did not fit, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.Returns for the reasons mentioned are subject to 15% restocking fee unless damaged or not as described (which does not happen).The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is not as described or it is damaged during shipping. We suggest that you insure the package against loss or damage.

Items must be in the original box with all packing material and still be in NEW condition.
Faucets or Electrical items (including light fixtures / fans), must be in new condition and show NO signs of being installed.
Clothing must still be new and unworn with the tags still attached

For items damaged during shipping, please contact us through messaging to inform us of the damage as soon as possible. We will need you to take pictures of the damage to the item AND the shipping container. We need these pictures in order to file a claim with the shipping company. We will need these pictures sent to our regular email address which we will provide. You will receive a FULL REFUND once the shipping company has picked the item back up from you.
If you simply change your mind and decide that you don’t want the item after it is shipped and you refuse delivery, we will deduct the shipping charges to you and from you from any refunds. Items that cannot be delivered because of a wrong or incomplete address on your part, will suffer the same penalty from your refund
