Howard Series Watch Co. 16 size 21 jewel open face lever-set Series 10 pocketwatch movement/dial/hands. Very nicely finished railroad grade movement with gold balance screws, red ruby jewels, gold settings on the escape wheel and lever, and a bridge model plate design. Fronted by its correct double-sunk enamel dial. Serial number is 1150135.

Not running. Balance staff seems likely bad and mainspring is broken or slipping. Nice looking movement with good color and luster. Dial is in poor condition with chips and many scattered hairlines.
