For your consideration, a large vintage wood and brass Art Deco sculpture of an African warrior, circa 1950 Austria. The piece is unsigned but consistent with Franz Hagenauer\'s work. There is staining to the wood base, dings and paint loss to the warrior statue, and mild bending to the spear. The shield is also screwed to the statue, likely a repair and it likely originally had a mixed metals loin cloth.
Measures 30 inches with spear, statue 21.75 inches in height.
