If there is a fault with the watch movement, we will repair or replace the watch or movement. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, condensation, damages of the bracelet, loss of stones, other parts, buttons, discolouring, pins coming loose, normal wear and tear, the battery or the plating/colour.
If you need to make a warranty claim please contact us and we will assist you.
Please check your watch when it arrives and come back to us in 48 hours if there is a failure on the outside of the watch or with the bracelet. Our urgent advice is that if you want to adjust the bracelet, this will be done by a reputable jeweller / watchstore who has experience with removing links. This is the responsibility of the buyer. Especially for the ceramic bracelets, this must be done by a specialist who has experience with ceramic watches. Once the bracelet is adjusted we are not responsible anymore for failures of the bracelet or case. Return & Exchange INCORRECT/FAULTY GOODS
Returning a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item. Please make sure to inspect your watch as soon as you receive it. Before wearing or removing any tags or factory tape. All our watches are 100% brand new and should keep accurate time. If, after wearing or sizing your watch, you notice that there is a mechanical problem, we will do our best to repair it under our warranty. We will not refund a watch once it has been worn (or the plastics/tags have been removed). It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the watch upon receipt to ensure that it is in perfect working order, before wearing. If you receive a watch that has been damaged in transit or is not what you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a watch to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the watch was wrongly ordered by yourself.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging you received it with all protective seals intact within the first 30 days following your purchase and we will offer you a refund. All shipping, handling and packaging costs will be charged to the buyer. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges as well.
Where do I send the watch back? Please contact our sales team through message and let us know if you intend on returning an item for an exchange or refund. We also recommend sending your watch by registered post in order to track we have received the watch. For all refunds/returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us and also cover our cost for sending you an exchange if required.
