I have here Hum 2194, Duty Calls, Limited Edition. It is 0033/3000, and it has a TMK-8 mark, as you can see in the photos. The plaque is also stamped with Goebel on the back.
I do not have the box. It was taken out, and put in a curio cabinet for displaying. There are no discolorations, chips, cracks, or broken pieces.
