Both the landscape and the figurineare in mint condition and have spent all their time boxed. The landscape comes with the COA. Both come with the packaging, including theplastic overwrap and the tissue paper that is placed on the bottom of thelandscape. The original batteries are still sealed in the package, not inusable condition but should serve as an indicator that the landscape wasrarely, if ever, used.
