I am offering for sale a highly collectible Hummel figurine. This authentic and charming Hummel figurine was created by Goebel from the many individual drawings of Sister M.I. Hummel. The reason it is sought after is that it\'s the old version. You can this one is the old version because the doll has on socks. The convent thought the doll looked too much like the little girl, so they requested it be restyled in 1963. The later version is not wearing socks and looks more like a doll and less like the little girl. The figurine is clean and the colors are rich. It has no cracks, chips or repairs---just some minor crazing, mostly on the base. It\'s a rare fine for the collector.
