On the back of the Buckle are inscribed the following: IDAHO CENTENNIAL 1890-1990, Treasure State Foundary, Kalispell, Montana, Copyright 1990, Edition of 250, 100 Sterling, IDAHO The Gem State,Organized as a territory March 3, 1863. Statehood- Joined the Union as the 43rd. State July 3, 1890, George Shoup as Govenor, First settled at the community of Franklin by Mormons.
