What I am selling here is a battery conversion kit for the S2000 cpu removable board with this kit you can put a end to the solder in type battery that is used in this type of IGT cpu circuit board which can save you a lot of trouble when a battery fails because you just pull out the circuit board pop out the bad battery and insert and new 2032 or 2025 battery and if you are just changing the battery and if there are no other issues with the S2000 slot machine you don\'t need a set of reset eproms to change just the battery how every you do need the reset key to complete the reset because after you turn on the slot machine and it completes start up processes you will see a ram error you just need to turn the reset key to clear and do this each time you see the rest of the error messages until the machine shows a message stating you to push and hold the reset button on the cpu board and then close the door and the slot machine will be reset.This battery conversion kit will replace the BR2330 that\'s installed on the board.
Whats included:1-band new black plastic solder in battery holder that works with the 2032 and the 2025 button batteries1-band new 2032 3 volt lithium battery.
This set can be used on other circuit boards that have a spacing of 3/4\" of and inch if you are not sure measure between the spacing of the battery installed on the circuit board. if you can\'t do it from the top try doing it on the bottom.
when you remove the solder type battery there are holes in the circuit board that you may not see if you don\'t use a solder sucker once you have inserted the battery holder in the holes you must complete your solder on the bottom(back side of the circuit board)to get a good connection please make sure that the positive side is installed correctly you can see by my photo\'s which way it goes
