Beautiful, antique..silver, three footed , floral hand engraved, salt dish / cellar..Marked 84, B,C. 1873(assayer Vasily Semenov ) city mark is worn, but I believe it is Moscow,..It measures approx. 2\" in diameter X 1 1/2\" tall. It weighs 33.6 grams..Condition: It has black spots inside, and the fluted top edge is not perfectly round..it is very pretty and cute..
