This listing is for a fabulous and very unusual Chinese porcelain vase dating to the 19th century. It is very large in size standing an impressive 22.75 inches tall. The vase is made in a four sided form with a short concave neck ending at a flared top rim. The body of the vase is decorated with four large reserves each containing various precious objects all done in relief. The neck decorated with four smaller reserves with two containing dragons and two with deer also done in relief. They are hand painted with colorful enamels and done on a cafe au lait colored ground accented with flowers. It stands on a squared off foot and is marked on the underside in underglaze blue. This incredible vase is in wonderful condition with no damage. Just some light scattered wear to the enamels. (#4442)
