Very Beautiful Mechanical Work
I am pleased to offer for sale this men’s IWCSchaffhausen timepiece withRefinished Metal DIAL and HANDS that are glowing in darkness; and Original Clean High Grade, signed by IWC, MECHANISM. Made inSwitzerland in 1879.
This is One of the First IWC watches, produced by IWC in first 5 years after Co. establishment.
This Watch was in Gold Case, but during the Second World War all Gold was given for Government needs. That is why nowadays this Watch was put into New (not used, Non-original) Steel wrist CASE, that was made on Factory by Professionals specially for this Mechanism.
Mechanism is signed by IWC with ancient IWC sign.
There are Mineral Glasses (not Plastic) on the Front and Back Covers.
Hands are turning after putting the lever that situated near mark 4 up (please see the picture) and turning the crown. This watch is in perfect working condition and can be used in everyday life.
Non-Original gift Watch Box is in the set.
Looking through the glass back cover, you can see manual windmovement Original Mechanismwith red Ruby jewel settings, that is signed by IWC with the Serial number №53872. Working very good, very clean. This beautiful watch has original movement in an excellent condition, which was very well saved, considering age of this watch. Mechanism has been recently serviced to ensure it winds and sets smoothly while keeping great, accurate time.
EXCELLENT working, rare, antique and collectible.

47.7mm - diameter of the Case,
51.5 mm - case wide with crown,
16.1 mm - thickness;
It is in perfect working order condition.
All mechanisms are serviced, new oiled and adjusted. Very rare timepiece – pride for every collector!
