It is in LIKE NEW (Mint) condition except 2 very minor marks which are noted in the pics by the finger pointing as seen in photo\'s. No fret wear at all I never played it it has just been sitting in it\'s case. Comes with original hang tags book tool bag and tool. This is an unplayed guitar. Set up with super low action 9-42 strings, practically plays itself.
