- You are viewing a beautiful pre-owned Vase from Imperial Imari Japan.
- Material:Porcelain & Pottery
- Color: Mixed with Blue, Red, Gold, Yellow, and Green.
- Measurement: About 12\" Tall.
- Top Diameter: 6.5\".
- Bottom Diameter: 3.75\"
- Detail information: Possible pattern of this vase is called \"Sho Chiku Bai\" aka \"Pine Bamboo Plum\". The Chinese observed that the pine, bamboo, and plum do not wither as the cold days deepened into the Winter season unlike many other plants. So they called \"Three Friends of Winter\" which are shown on may Asian arts in East Asian Culture. We believe these are hand painted like other porcelain on this \"Pine Bamboo Plum\" collection. We believe this is from around 1800\'s.
- Detail Design: Each trees are divided into three section separated bypanels of deep red background, goldKarakusa, gold-veined flowers and gold-veined leaves. Above andbelow this red theme are symbolic/stylized with blue clouds like art.
- There is about 0.25\" length of paint scratched off on top section. Picture is provided. We\'ve noticed there is about 0.50\" one smeared section on top. Picture is provided. Other than that, it is in Good Quality. Didn\'t see any cracks. This item is sold as it is.
