This badge is an Imperial Russian Red Cross award badge. This badge is silver on the front on one of the tails it is stamped 84, it is also maker stamped on the back. The badge is one piece stamped construction and fairly small in overall size. This award is really rare in silver, the enamels are in nice shape and the badge has a nice patina
This badge may have carried over into the Russian civil war period.
