Description: A rare Imperial Russian silver-gilt and cloisonné mugshaped vodka cup or charka by the famous maker and Faberge contemporary GustavKlingert. Stamped underneath with the maker’s mark, the Moscow town mark, thesilver standard mark (84 zolotnics = 875/1000 silver purity (sterling =925/100), the combined assay master and date mark, and a later Swedish controlmark. Fabulous quality item.

Condition: In great collector’s condition without repair orrestoration. The enamel work to the body of the charka in lovely original andcomplete condition. There are minor chips and cracks to some of the triangularcells and beads of the lower border, and also two bead enamel losses. There aresome small nicks to the silver-gilt base rim.
