The watch has been awarded by Grand Duchess Elizabeth Fyodorovna of Russia to the Bulgarian diplomat Ivan Mlechkov.
On the watch front case is depicted the Grand Duchess monogram E beneath the Duchess Crown.
The watch comes with the matching silver chain fob.
