A wonderfully retro and delightfully charming ceramic Christmas salt and pepper shakers set, made in 1961 Japan Inarco. They come in their original box, which is marked \"Musical Salt and Pepper\", but they don\'t play music or make any noise.

The Santa Claus shaker is almost 5 inches tall, the reindeer is a little over 4 inches. Both have closed eyes with long lashes and are very Mid Century Modern in style. Original plastic stoppers and foil Inarco labels are intact. Santa is marked on the bottom ©1961 Inarco E-159. The reindeer has some discoloring to the ceramic around the bottom edge and has a hollowed out recess at the bottom where the original noisemaker or bell was probably located. No chips or flakes to either piece. The box has a small tear to the label and general storage wear but is otherwise intact.
