This Incredible 19th century Tiger Oak LARGE Umbrella &CaneHall / Foyer Stand with huge carved Paw Feet and carved GrowlingLion Heads. This beautiful foyer piece offers its original finish andwavy mirror and the original metal drip pan at the base and what appears to bean oldpaper label in Italian on the back. Wonderful carvings and details are found on this piece from top to bottom...andbecause of its large size it may have originally been in a 19th c Hotellobby or Office waiting roomfor customers to place their umbrellas & canes. Whichever the case this piece positively has a commanding presence all of its own with fantastic carvings and details.Its in fabulous antique condition with no issues really to speak of...just normal age , signs of usage and character commonly found in piecesover 100 or so years old.
