Luristan Culture, late bronze age bronze sword with thickened rib from tang to point. No attached guard or handle, straight tang.

Size: 14 3/4\" L x 1 7/8\" W

Condition:Good condition. Nice patina. Minor losses to edges.

This amazing piece belonged to the estate of a well-known South Florida civil war and antique weapons / tools collector who acquired most of his pieces in the 1970s and 80s. The antique near Eastern weaponry and other items were mostly found at and brought from the holy land.
