Incredible hard to find pair of european ormolu cast bronze mounts , depicting bearded masks with snakes on either side, including leaves and acanthus foliage. Both pieces have artistic details of highest quality, are in immaculate condition with the original patina. Both have a mark on the back: \"Dep.Huster\" and a symbol. Possible originally from a piano but would be good on any large piece of furniture,chest, drawers, doors, etcetera. Measures: 15,5 cm (6,10 inches) x 16 cm (6,30 inches).
