Water Kettle and Stand, C310, capacity 2 1/2 pints, 1,794 grams sterling silver, no mono, bright and shiny in excellent condition, crisp design detail, never machine buffed, no dings or dents, some lite scratching on the kettle from placement in the stand, burner in stand looks unused and like new. Needs Condition!! Museum Quality!!No Monograms!!Never machine buff polished so designdetails are crisp and beautiful.Some lite micro-scratching indicating very lite usage over their 92 year life.Some very limited imperfections as detailed above.Seller has hand polished these beautiful pieces. He does not believe in machine buffing silverware.This is a uniquely beautiful kettle and stand are in excellent condition and would make a stunning addition and conversation piece to anybody\'s tea service collection.

Seller Comment on Valuation:I am receiving messages from interested parties that say my pricing needs to be lower, closer to silver melt value because the spot market for silver has decreased so much. Frankly, the market price of commodity silver should not have anything to do with the value of beautiful vintage silverware in condition worthy of collecting. Whenvaluing a vintage piece of art (silverware, painting, etc.), focus on the \"artistic value\" because the current cost of direct materials used in the art piece don\'t matter!
