In order to get a tracking number, the items must be mailed using Expedited Post. This costs twice or three times the amount normal shipping charges. In order to take advantage of policies on insurance, and guaranteed delivery, etc., a tracking number is required. Should you not want to pay the extra shipping charges, you will not receive a tracking number and I and cannot be held responsible for broken or missing items.

Orders sent to other countries do take longer... Please contact me for a shipping quote -- this carving is stone, very heavy, and Canada Post keeps changing the prices.... I ship this item at cost. Please don\'t offer if the shipping is too daunting for you. I am not making money on the cost of shipping.
I always buy insurance when sending your item, in case of lost, broken or stolen items. In order to claim when an item is broken, however, I require proof of breakage (for Canada Post). This includes your co-operation via photos, keeping the broken item or sending it back to me, and keeping the packing in which the item was shipped. Also, you might be contacted by Canada Post.
If you are looking for international service, please contact me first in order for me to give you an exact quote. (Shipping will always be more expensive than it is to Canada or the US, fyi)
