Ira Moskowitz, limited edition Judaic Orthodox etching with watercolor, Hand signed and numbered 106/120. This very nice etching is in good condition and measures 17.5x15\". It has never been framed and will be shipped unframed. Ira Moskowitz was born in Galicia, Poland in 1912. In 1927 he moved with his family to New York and attended the Art Students League from 1928 to 1931. In 1935 he moved to Paris and moved to Isreal. Ira Lived in New Mexico from 1944 to 1949 where he flourished as a printmaker. The last 50 years of his life he was in New York and mainly did printmaking depicting Judaic subjects until his death in 2001.
