This is what I call a real eye catcher for the Shillelagh lover. A great piece of Blackthorn that was a pleasure to craft with it\'s Beautiful round head.The head, with it\'s beautiful Blackthorn tones and smoothness is a joy to hold and walk with.After several coats of oils and varnish were added to the head and body it really came into it\'s own.You know a really good Blackthorn when you see the lovely purple color on the head and body coming through.And people can appreciate the beauty of a well seasoned Blackthorn Shillelagh.This Shillelagh is very strong well balanced and a pleasure to have in your hand while walking.I would highly recommend this Shillelagh.
