Old Point Comfort VA 11/18/(1861) postmark. Addressed to Mrs Benjamin F Edson of East Bridgewater Massachusetts. Wife of Benjamin F Edson. Benjamin enlisted in the 29th in 1861. He was discharged by disability in June of 1863. The 29th was the only non-Irish regiment to serve in the Irish Brigade. Reduced left. Some stains and toning. Feel free to ask questions.
