Our packages are shipped via UPS and USPS. Once tracking is available for the shipment it is updated to your order information. Packages shipped via UPS can be tracked at http://www.ups.com and with USPS at http://www.usps.com. Unless expedited shipping is requested, packages are shipped with standard shipping. UPS shipments will be delivered within 3-5 business days and USPS packages will vary in delivery times, depending if they are international or domestic shipments. You may contact us if you have any questions or concerns in regards to the delivery of your package.
Returns ExchangesWe offer a full 60 days for returns in unworn condition and original packaging for exchanges or refunds. Please email us and let us know which one you would prefer. We will respond within 24 business hours with an RMA# and return instructions.
All returns being returned for reasons other than a defect or the incorrect item being received will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Your return will beprocessed within 3 business days of being received. You will also receive a confirmation email when the process is complete and a refund or exchange has been issued.
Please note that we only accept returns for new, unworn items, in their original packaging. $10 will be deducted from the refund amount for items sent without the original shoebox or without an outside shipping package.
**KEEP IN MIND THAT ONLY UNWORN ITEMS IN THERE ORIGINAL CONDITION WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE. ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES, IF ANY WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH SHIPPING A NEW SIZE/STYLE BACK TO YOU, SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO EXCHANGE.
Exchanges will be processed according to availability. If the product is not available once the return is received and processed the return will be fully refunded.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. That is unless there is a manufacturer\'s defect or the cause for the return is in some way our error. In these cases we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
