This listing is for one cancelled and three mint never-hinged 1949 Tabul souvenir sheets (Scott #16) from Israel.

We recently obtained a lifetime\'s collection of stamps and historical collectibles from the estate of a career collector. Many of the items were originally purchased from high-end stamp and collectible sales (e.g. Christie\'s, Waverly, Dutch Country, Apfelbaum\'s, etc.). We have thousands of documents and collectibles and millions of stamps, and will be adding listings daily.

We are in no way historical or philatelic experts so we are posting high resolution photographs or scans of every item included in most of our listings. Please use those images to verify the exact identity of the items and assess their condition as most of the larger lots will be sold as-is. Returns & Refund Policies:

All products fully guaranteed 100% under the following conditions: Notification of any pre-played video games, DVD\'s, music CD\'s, video game systems, or any other products we sell that are defective must be received within 7 days of delivery. Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery in the same condition as sent. Other non-defective returns must be received within 30 days in the same condition as sent. New, factory sealed items must be returned in the same condition it was sent; unopened and never used. Return shipping is buyer\'s responsibility. We subtract our packaging and shipping cost as well as a restocking fee of 15%. All new electronics warranty issues must be directed to the manufacturer. Return authorization required prior to shipping any item back to us. We reserve the right to refuse any video game, DVD, music CD\'s, video game system, or any other product we sell that was not returned in 30 days from date of purchase.

We offer a 16-day warranty on most everything we sell, the following items are not covered:

Wholesale lots
Items sold as-is for parts or repair

For a warranty return, the product must be defective or damaged during shipping. Any brand new items must have the original box and packaging. Factory sealed collectible items (out of print, no longer made) must remain factory sealed to qualify for a return.

If the item is defective or damaged, send it back! We\'ll test it out and once we confirm the defect, we\'ll refund both your shipping and total purchase cost! Or, if we have the stock, we\'ll replace your product (if you prefer). If it turns out that it isn\'t defective, you\'ll have to cover the return shipping.

Our warranty does not cover customer neglect or abuse.
