1940s Chein Tin Lithographed Hat Tipping Monkey Bank
This a original moving coin bank by J.Chien and Co. The lithographed artwork is very detailed, and is in good condition with a few minor crashes due to weare. Putting a coin in the bank causes the monkey to tip its hat to you in appreciation.
Reads \"Bank\" and \"Thank You\" on the front. The J.Chein company logo appears on the monkey\'s back. Measures approximately 5-1/4\" tall, 2-3/4 round at the base. Coins are retrieved by a turn-to-remove plug in the base. Displays well, works well, and would make a wonderful addition to your collection. A really nice original J.Chien bank.
